    I hired this butcher shop to butcher a deer I got this past fall. The deer was in great shape, when i brought it in and they asked wjat i wanted done with it. First thing i said was that my family likes roasts the most the more roasts the better, steaks i asked to be packaged into groups of 3, chops the same and for sausage. When i picked it up they had it wrapped well, and in two boxes. When I got home i was disapointed to find two small roasts and a large pile of ground deer that I never requested. Now im getting more disappointed with each pack I open, opened a steak package today and found 1 large steak not the 3 per pack i jad asked for.

    This place suggest there meat is fresh when most has been brought in from ontario and is often two or three months old. The food is garbage advise buy elsewhere.
