    I've been meaning to write a review about the outstanding service I received from Cofill's for quite awhile now. Back in August my wife and I went on a road trip in our 2013 5 series BMW to Nova Scotia from Toronto. Surprisingly we found our car acting up - with the vehicle indicating a overheating situation and subsequently dropping into limp mode on the highway. This was quite concerning and dangerous. The car is relatively new and still under warranty and,like all BMWs, expensive to repair. After talking with BMW Halifax we were extremely disappointed to find that they could not get us in for service and only offered that, in lieu of not being able to get us in for a week to diagnose our problem, we should top up the coolant reserve with water but that really we should only go to them to get proper coolant which they might be able to do if we got there during a lull (like they were doing us a favour). I explained that we had to leave for Toronto the next day. Although they were sympathetic, they offered no further options other than to wait 5 days. As we were in the Wolfville area, my cousin suggested we try Cofill's. Boy I'm glad she did. Cofill's was absolutely fantastic. They were very sympathetic to my situation and offered to get me in right away and at least diagnose the problem. They quickly discerned that the water pump was starting to fail and tried to call BMW themselves again to get me in so that I could get it repaired in Halifax under warranty. Like me, they received no sympathy. They quickly scrambled into action and came up with a solution that would have it repaired by a BMW certified mechanic with OEM parts so that I could at least try to approach my BMW dealership when I got back to Toronto and try to get some compensation. Bernie, Albert and Josephine were absolutely terrific and understanding throughout the whole process. They ordered the parts that afternoon and started the job so that once the parts arrived they could quickly finish the job. Knowing how precarious our position was, Bernie personally drove to Halifax (1 hr away) at 7:00 am the next day to pick up the parts himself and get us on the road the next day. The team had called their other customers, told them our situation and they agreed to rebook their appointments (you'd never see that in Toronto- says a lot about the people of Canning!). While on our way back to Toronto we received texts from Bernie making sure we were ok and wishing us all the best. I can't describe how comforting that was when we were in a remote area of New Brunswick.

    As a side note, my BMW dealership was terrific and very understanding of what had occurred. Thanks to Cofill's thorough paperwork and doing the job right with warranty approved work- BMW covered all my expenses. Thanks to the team at Cofill's -you saved our vacation. This experience with Cofill's would rate as one of the best service experiences I have ever received.
